A Tenant Improvement project where our client’s vision was for us to create an elegant, “Casablanca sexy” white table cloth high end restaurant.  We responded by incorporating warm wood tones and clean lines in the details as well as paid great attention to the acoustical qualities of the space.  Mark served as the project architect on this project while working with Seiber Design Inc.
