The project began with three simple goals: restore the house’s dilapidated Edwardian facade to its original splendor, maintain the original character on the street-side rooms, and then create a clean, open addition in the back. The simple stacking addition dramatically opens every level to the outdoors with floor to ceiling sliding doors. The result is a three-bedroom, three-bath home designed for modern living.
